Terms and Conditions

1.1

You agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Industry Standard PBR Licence Agreement.

1.2

You acknowledge that you are not authorised by the Grantee of PBR (InterGrain Pty Ltd) in the/any of the Licensed Variety/ies to Sell any Propagating Material except as below in 1.3 and 1.4:

1.3

You acknowledge that you are authorised to Sell Grain only to Approved Grain Marketers. For the purpose of this Agreement, Approved Grain Marketers will be appointed by the PBR Grantee of the Plant Variety.

1.4

We authorise You to Sell or acquire Seed to another grower by means of an internet exchange forum located at www.seedpool.com.au and in no other way.

1.5

You agree to inform the buyer of the Seed of the these Terms and Conditions and that a purchase made by them binds them to these Terms and Conditions.

1.6

You agree to complete the Register a Sale page for each transaction.

1.7

You acknowledge that must comply with all relevant legislation.
